On the day Rangers announced an increase in their debt to £31m, they were fined £18,000 by Uefa for the trouble caused by some fans in Bucharest, and the English Premier League rejected a proposal to welcome the Old Firm into a two-tier set-up, BBC Radio Scotland's Sportsound on Thursday 12 November focused on the challenges facing the Glasgow club.
