She's Nik: a marathon runner who's working on her fifth 26.2-miler. He's Dan: a beginning runner who finished the C25K program and is working toward a 10K. Every week, they record themselves on a short run somewhere in New England (mostly), talk about their training, play some music, and have a few laughs.

This week:- Nik runs her fifth 26.2-miler, the San Diego Rock 'N' Roll Marathon- Nik and Dan take a little pre-race jaunt around downtown San Diego, where they do some jogging -- or maybe it's "yogging," it may be a silent J- Where's all the good weather at?
