Pauline McCole and Mickey Clark present this morning's business stories, including: The Bank of England is due to make a decision on interest rates later today. Will it raise them, cut them or leave them as they are? It was a year ago this week that the credit crunch started and all this week we've been looking at its effects on the financial world. Today we look at how its hit personal loans. Also, a quarter of British firms have seen their cost of borrowing rise since the credit crunch kicked in. We look at the effects its had on lending. Finally, we find out why more of us are willing to give Little Chef a chance or even a second chance.

Pauline McCole and Mickey Clark present this morning's business stories, including: Northern Rock is expected to announce losses of around half a billion pounds for the first six months of this year. Where will the losses come from? With banks refusing to lend money to each other, mortgage providers have found it difficult to get the money they need to lend to customers. We look at what state the housing market is now in and how it will cope in the coming months. It's interest rate decision day in the States, and with inflation on the rise and no sign of an economic recovery the Federal Reserve's got a lot to think about. Finally, according to a government sponsored environmental group, around 120 billion sheets of paper are printed every year and a lot of it is just waste. We look at how much this is costing business.

Finally, the wedding present list service Wrapit is expected to go into administration later on today, but will those newly weds ever see their wedding presents?
